1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TransYami ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when listing vehicles. Misrepresenting a vehicle (e.g., false mileage, undisclosed accident history) may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal liability under the Consumer Protection Act.

3. Listings

• Only list vehicles you own or are authorised to sell.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live.
• TransYami reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.
• Private sellers receive one free listing. Additional or boosted listings are subject to our pricing schedule.

4. Transactions

TransYami is a listing platform only. We do not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for any transaction between buyers and sellers. All negotiations and payments are between the parties directly.

5. VIN Check Service

VIN check results are provided by third-party data providers. TransYami does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of VIN check results. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
